It is nice that these people are making such nice comments. It seems a little dangerous to me to be “adjusted”. However my wife has had treatments and she also swears by chiropractic service. So what do I know. Still I would need a reason to go in and not just for an “adjustmet”. Car accident yes sign me up for treatment.
Thanks for your comment about our posting. I’d like to take this opportunity to respond to your concern about the potential danger of an adjustment. Chiropractic care has established an enviable safety record through the years. One simple way to determine the safety of any medical proceedure is to find out how much insurance carriers charge the provider for professional liability (malpractice) insurance. Insurance companies have no political axe to grind, and simply charge rates which are commensurate with the degree of risk associated with a given profession or proceedure. I’ve referenced an interesting article for you which illustrates the comparisons between various spine related proceedures and the risks associated with each of them here: http://www.chiro.org/LINKS/Safety.shtml
